An IoT-enabled console for Supply Chain Managers to coordinate terrestrial operations. I built the first prototype, and rapid design-testing program — identifying 2 critical flaws, and deprioritising 1 feature, reclaiming 4 weeks of dev time we reinvested into validated user needs.

A ux refresh of the city’s official journey-planning app (serving ~250K daily commuters) plus building a new smart feature. I led the end-to-end design from audit to release, focusing on glanceable decision support, built on an extensible design system needing minimal dev lift.
